1. By using Second Phone Number application, you are agreeing to these Terms of Use
   
   
2. Second Phone Number application offers calling and messaging services (SMS) by providing usable local phone numbers from a range of countries ("Services"). You are able to use the Services using purchased phone numbers in order to make calls or send messages to any number within the territory of the same country. International calls and messages are not supported.
   
   
3. In some of the countries where the application is available to be used, messaging service may be unavailable
   
   
4. The price of the packages and the content of the packages may vary from country to country
   
   
5. Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase
   
   
6. Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal
   
   
7. Subscriptions are managed by the user
   
   
8. You agree that we may collect and use technical data and related information in compliance with our Privacy Policy
   
   
9. Paraline app uses third-party services to make calls or transmit messages and Dektry sp z o. o. is not responsible for calls quality and for reimbursement for calls made with Services
   
   
10. You agree to use Second Phone Number application only for lawful purposes and to comply with laws of countries you are calling from and to
    
    
11. Dektry sp z o. o. reserves the right to terminate or remove any account without notice if it determines in its sole discretion that this account was used for illegal activity
    
    
12. Dektry sp z o. o. can not be held responsible for the actions of any person that uses the service via any of the provided phone numbers
    
    
13. You can cancel Second Phone Number subscription at any time in your iTunes Account Settings via Manage Subscriptions menu.
    
    
14. Dektry sp z o. o. reserves the right to terminate this Agreement at any time at its sole discretion for any reason
    
    
15. You agree not to use the Services in order to abuse, stalk, threaten, harass, defame or otherwise infringe upon or violate the rights of any other party
    
    
16. You agree that we are in no way responsible for any aforementioned usage of the Services by you, nor are we responsible for any harassing, offensive, defamatory, threatening or illegal messages or calls that you may receive while using the Services
    
    
17. YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES SHALL BE AT YOUR SOLE RISK. DEKTRY SP Z O. O. DOES NOT MAKE ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH REGARD TO THE MERCHANTABILITY, TECHNICAL COMPATIBILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OF ANY SERVICE, PRODUCTS OR MATERIAL PROVIDED PURSUANT TO THIS AGREEMENT. YOU SPECIFICALLY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT DEKTRY SP Z O. O. DOES NOT MAKE ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE LEGALITY OF THE USE OF ANY OF THE SECOND PHONE NUMBER APP SERVICES IN ANY PARTICULAR STATE OR IN ANY COUNTRY OTHER THAN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA
    
    
18. IN NO EVENT SHALL DEKTRY SP Z O. O. BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY TYPE, WHETHER DIRECT OR INDIRECT, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY RELATED TO THE SERVICES PROVIDED BY THE SECOND PHONE NUMBER APPLICATION, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES ALLEGEDLY ARISING FROM MISTAKES, OMISSIONS, INTERRUPTIONS, DELAYS, DEFECTS AND/OR ERRORS IN TRANSMITTING, RECEIVING, ORIGINATING, TERMINATING AND/OR DELIVERING TELEPHONE CALLS AND/OR MESSAGES. DEKTRY SP Z O. O. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES FOR ANY SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFIT OR REVENUES, EVEN IF DEKTRY SP Z O. O. HAS BEEN SPECIFICALLY ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. YOU SPECIFICALLY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT DEKTRY SP Z O. O. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED IN ANY WAY TO YOUR USE OF OR YOUR INABILITY TO ACCESS, OR YOUR DIFFICULTY IN ACCESSING, ITS SERVICE THROUGH TOLL OR LOCAL ACCESS NUMBERS. DEKTRY SP Z O. O. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES FOR DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY RELATED TO PRODUCTS, SERVICES AND/OR INFORMATION OFFERED OR PROVIDED BY THIRD-PARTY VENDORS AND ACCESSED THROUGH THE WEBSITE, THE APPLICATION OR BY ANY OTHER MEANS. YOU ALSO SPECIFICALLY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT DEKTRY SP Z O. O. IS NOT LIABLE FOR COSTS OR DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF PRIVATE OR GOVERNMENTAL LEGAL ACTIONS RELATED TO YOUR USE OF ANY OF THE SECOND PHONE NUMBER APPLICATION SERVICES IN ANY COUNTRY.
    
    
19. These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America. Dektry sp z o. o. makes no representations that the Service is appropriate or available for use in other locations. Those who access or use the Service from other jurisdictions do so at their own volition and are responsible for compliance with local law.
    
    
20. You affirm that you are either more than 18 years of age, or an emancipated minor, or possess legal parental or guardian consent, and are fully able and competent to enter into the terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations, and warranties set forth in these Terms of Service, and to abide by and comply with these Terms of Service.
